We are seeking a seasoned and self-driven National Sales Manager – Sealing Technology to take full responsibility for the sales and business development of our hydraulic and industrial seal solutions across India. This is a senior leadership role with national visibility and long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the nationwide sales strategy for sealing technology (primarily hydraulic seals)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, industrial clients, and distributors
• Identify new market segments and drive business expansion
• Provide technical consultation and product selection support to customers
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, and global product units)

• 5–10 years of relevant sales experience in sealing technology, with strong knowledge of hydraulic seals
• Proven track record in B2B/industrial sales, account management, and technical selling
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive strategic initiatives independently
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across India
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
