Job Description

Role Summary:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads, with a strong understanding of remarketing strategies, audience targeting, and performance optimization to generate high-quality leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Develop and implement remarketing and retargeting campaigns to improve conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI, CPC, CPL, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create effective ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of remarketing, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
  • Familiarity with B2B lead generation campaigns is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of landing page optimization and conversion funnels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any graduate with Google Ads Certification or relevant digital marketing certifications.
  • Experience working with B2B or industrial marketing campaigns.
