Product Value
HENNLICH offers a wide range of standard compression springs according to DIN 2095, grade 1, manufactured from spring steel 1.1200 or stainless steel 1.4310. In addition to standard dimensions according to DIN 2098, numerous intermediate sizes are also available. All springs are right-hand wound as standard.
For high-force applications, compact, high-performance compression springs are available that can withstand forces up to 50,000 N. These are particularly corrosion-resistant due to a zinc flake coating and are temperature-resistant up to +155°C.
Settling and Fatigue Strength
Our springs are supplied unset and are therefore slightly longer than the uncompressed length (L₀). Pre-setting – either by the user or directly at HENNLICH – prevents subsequent settling during operation. This increases operational reliability and service life under dynamic loads.
Buckling Resistance
Slender springs are susceptible to deformations such as bending or buckling. To prevent this, guiding the spring with a mandrel or sleeve is necessary in critical applications. Especially with springs subjected to heavy loads, high kink resistance and adequate lubrication are essential.
Additional Options
In addition to individual springs, our product range also includes compression spring assemblies, for example, as a short-term solution or as kink protection for cables and hoses.
