High-temperature seal

Stuffing box packings and high-temperature seals are proven solutions for demanding industrial applications. They ensure reliable sealing, long service life, and minimal maintenance – even under high thermal or mechanical stress.

Stuffing box packings reliably seal shafts, spindles, and rotary unions. They are considered particularly adaptable and economical, and can even be readjusted during operation if necessary. For even simpler applications, we offer sets of pre-compressed packing rings, manufactured from our entire range of braided packings – available in 45° or 90° cuts, also in combinations of different packing types and with TA-Luft approval.

The product range is complemented by high-quality pure graphite sets, consisting of expanded pure graphite with a purity of 98% or 99.85%. These sets can be combined with chamber rings made of braided graphite or carbon yarn – for particularly low leakage rates and high pressure resistance.

High-temperature gaskets are used wherever conventional materials reach their limits – for example, in power plants, thermal process plants, or exhaust pipes. They consist of glass, ceramic, or silicate fibres and are available in a wide variety of forms: as packings, tapes, sheets, or custom cuts – tailored to your specific requirements.
