HENNLICH offers a wide range of sealing solutions for diverse applications – with over 300,000 O-rings, 30,000 X-rings, and 12 kilometers of round cord available immediately from stock. Whether standard dimensions, special designs, or food-grade quality – we deliver quickly and reliably.

We carry a large selection of sizes, Shore hardnesses, and materials such as NBR (nitrile rubber), FKM/Viton®, EPDM, silicone, and PTFE. Each material offers specific advantages in terms of temperature resistance, chemical resistance, and media compatibility.

O-Rings
Our O-rings are standardized according to DIN ISO 3601 and can be used worldwide with precise fit. In addition to classic standard sizes, we also offer variants with approvals for the food industry (e.g., FDA-compliant) as well as versions with particularly high chemical resistance.

X-Ring (Quad-Ring)
X-rings with a four-lobed cross-section offer multiple sealing lines and ensure a uniform seal – in both static and dynamic applications. In moving systems such as pistons or rotating shafts, they minimize twisting in the groove, which can be advantageous under varying pressure conditions.

Round Cord
With 12 kilometers of round cord in stock, we offer maximum flexibility for custom sizes or repair solutions. Round cords can be cut to size and joined by gluing or vulcanizing to create closed seals. They are available in various materials, diameters, and lengths – by the meter, on rolls, or cut to size as required.
