Screw Seal

Depending on the application, screw seals must meet various requirements: These include temperature and pressure resistance, media compatibility, and, where applicable, approvals for food contact (e.g., FDA, EU 1935/2004). We also offer stainless steel versions upon request.

Dairy Pipe Fittings

These are hygienic pipe connections used primarily in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. They consist of a threaded fitting, a union nut, and a seal, which together create an easily detachable yet reliable connection. Thanks to their smooth, crevice-free inner surfaces, dairy pipe fittings are particularly easy to clean and meet the highest hygiene standards. The design is standardized according to DIN 11851.

Static Seals

Typical static seals include flange gaskets and special U-rings. They are used wherever components are tightly screwed or pressed together and must be permanently sealed – without any relative movement.
