Dosing technology is an essential component of many machines and systems. It allows lubricants to be dosed precisely and in a controlled manner. This prevents both over- and under-dosing of lubricants. Both of these could, in the worst case, cause damage to machines. Dosing systems are used in industries such as the automotive industry, the electrical industry, aerospace engineering, food technology, hybrid technology, and renewable energy.
Flexible dosing systems for a wide range of applications
Dosing systems are used to measure, dose, and deliver a precisely predefined amount of oil or grease. HENNLICH dosing systems are suitable for oils and greases with a viscosity class up to NLGI class 3 and a maximum of 1,000,000 mPa.s. The grease flow is controlled purely by the medium. Only the pump and valves are operated pneumatically.
The drum pumps generate a maximum pressure of 600 bar, and the valves are designed for material pressures up to 200 bar. Most valves require a minimum pressure of 20 bar. Low-pressure valves are used for lower pressures.
