Viper WRL Maxi MK 2 Wire Rope Lubricator (50mm–165mm)

The Viper WRL Maxi MK 2 Wire Rope Lubricator is a heavy-duty, high-pressure lubrication system engineered for large-diameter wire ropes from 50mm to 165mm. Designed for extreme industrial and offshore applications, the Maxi MK 2 delivers fast, clean, and deep core lubrication at speeds up to 2,000 metres per hour.

By forcing grease directly into the core of the wire rope, the Viper WRL Maxi MK 2 provides total internal and external coverage, effective moisture displacement, and long-term corrosion protection for critical lifting and motion systems.

How the Viper WRL Maxi MK 2 Works

The Viper WRL Maxi MK 2 uses a precision-machined cast aluminium collar fitted with long-dwell polyurethane seals designed specifically for large-diameter wire ropes. As the rope passes through the collar, the seal molds to the rope profile, creating a pumping action that forces lubricant deep into the rope core.

A secondary seal chamber captures excess grease, ensuring contained lubrication with minimal environmental impact.
