Organization of the HENNLICH Group
Collaboration within the HENNLICH GROUP is organized following the EU model: There is no "controlling headquarters." Each company in the HENNLICH Group operates independently.
The Group's strategic decision-making is the responsibility of the "RHG" (Council of the HENNLICH GROUP), a body composed of the managing directors of the individual companies that meets twice a year.
This organizational structure enables us to more effectively utilize the synergies of the various companies and focus specifically on the specific requirements of each domestic market.
Our core competencies lie in the development, production, assembly, and distribution of components and systems for virtually all industrial sectors.
HENNLICH now operates with 18 affiliated companies in 20 countries and employs 850 people.
